3. PLACING ORDERS

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

If you are an EU resident, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To do so:

  • Email us at info@vitalityfixly.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • Return the item(s) within 14 days after that notice.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags or accessories. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns of personal care items, custom-made products, opened sealed goods, perishable items, or gift cards. For full details, refer to our Return Policy.

5. PRICES, TAXES & BILLING

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping costs, import duties, or local VAT.

You agree to:

  • Provide current, accurate billing information.

  • Pay all applicable charges including taxes and shipping fees.

  • Ensure your credit/debit card is valid and authorized for purchases.

Promotions are subject to change without notice. Any promotional terms override these Terms if there's a conflict.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but are not liable for carrier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment.

7. PRODUCT ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll review and offer an appropriate solution (replacement, partial refund, or full refund where applicable).
