Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Please note: during peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Estimated Delivery Times
We work with international and local logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Belgium: 5-20 business days
  • The Netherlands: 5–15 business days
  • Other EU countries: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs checks, courier delays, or unforeseen events. 

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected products. In some cases, free shipping may be available.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

5. Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@vitalityfixly.com and we’ll be happy to assist. If a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier but you haven't received it, we kindly ask you to check with neighbors or your local postal office first. We do not take responsibility for items confirmed as delivered.

6. Incomplete or Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If a parcel is returned due to such errors, any additional shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.

7. Split Shipments
Some products may arrive separately, as we work with multiple fulfillment partners. This does not affect your shipping costs or delivery timeframe.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the rare case your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll review the case and determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.

9. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and handed over to our fulfillment partners. Once an order is shipped or in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
Return requests can only be submitted after the order has been delivered to the customer, in line with the conditions stated in the return policy.
